Hypothekargläubigerinnen und Hypothekargläubiger 1 Als steuerbare Einkünfte von im Ausland ansässigen Hypothekargläubigerinnen und Hypothekargläubigern gelten die Bruttoeinkünfte aus Forderungen nach Artikel 109 StG. Dazu gehören auch Zinsen, die nicht der quellensteuerpflichtigen Person selber, sondern einer Drittperson zufliessen.
