§ 1. Reguleerimisala
Käesolev määrus sätestab lastehoius, lasteaias, põhikoolis ja gümnaasiumis (edaspidi koos õppeasutus) teenust osutavate tugispetsialistide teenuse kirjelduse, sealhulgas tugispetsialistide peamised ülesanded erialasest pädevusest lähtuvalt ning teenuse rakendamise korra.
