Bewirtschaftung der Schulden 1 Die kurzfristige Mittelbeschaffung erfolgt in Form von festen Vorschüssen mit fixen Laufzeiten und Zinssätzen. Je nach Marktsituation und Umfang der Finanzierung ist auch eine Überbrückung mittels Kontokorrentkrediten möglich. 2 Die langfristige Mittelbeschaffung erfolgt in folgenden Formen: a. Schuldscheindarlehen; b. Öffentliche Anleihen mit Kotierung an der Börse; c. Hypothekardarlehen und Baukredite; d. Privatplatzierungen mit einem oder mehreren Investoren.
