Landrat 1 Der Landrat ist zuständig für: a. den freien Erwerb von Grundstücken als Anlage oder zur Vorsorge im Betrag von mehr als 600 000 Franken bis zu 5 Millionen Franken (Art. 90 Abs. 1 Bst. c KV); b. Beteiligungen bis zu 2,5 Millionen Franken an gemischtwirtschaftlichen Unternehmungen, deren Haupttätigkeit die Gewinnung von Energie sowie die Verteilung von Energie oder leitungsgebundenen Energieträgern umfasst (Art. 12 Abs. 4 EnG).
