Art. 44 Verfahrenskosten
1 Die Verfahrenskosten werden vorerst von dem Kanton getragen, in dem das Urteil gefällt wurde. 2 Im Übrigen gelten die Artikel 422–428 StPO sinngemäss. 3 Sind die Voraussetzungen für eine Kostenauflage zulasten der oder des beschuldigten Jugendlichen erfüllt (Art. 426 StPO), so können ihre oder seine Eltern für die Kosten solidarisch haftbar erklärt werden.
