Propose a change

Title 2 Wills, Decedents' Estates and Probate Code

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

(a) When it is expressly provided in the will or by statute that no bond be required of the personal representative or when the distributees waive in writing the requirement that a bond be executed, letters testamentary or of administration may issue without the execution and filing of a bond as provided by W.S. 2-3-102. (b) When a bond is waived by will, by statute or by the distributees, sales of real estate may be made and confirmed without a bond unless the court for good cause requires one to be executed. One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
