Art. 17 b) in caso di contestazione (art. 25 LMU)
In caso di contestazione, i municipi interessati trasmettono l’incarto completo alla Commissione di misurazione entro il termine di tre mesi dalla decisione dei rispettivi organi legislativi dandone comunicazione all’Ufficio. Accertamento e rettifica dei confini territoriali cantonali (art. 26 LMU)
