Art. 10 Sperrfrist
1 Das Bundespatentgericht kann für die Berichterstattung eine Sperrfrist vorsehen. 2 Die Sperrfrist endet bei Entscheiden in der Regel um 12 Uhr des siebten Tages nach dem Versand an die Parteien; der Versandtag wird nicht mitgezählt. 3 Die Sperrfrist fällt dahin, wenn die Öffentlichkeit schon vor deren Ablauf durch eine andere Informationsquelle Kenntnis vom Inhalt erhalten hat.
