Grundbeiträge für professionelle Theatergruppen Professionelle Theatergruppen, die den Nachweis einer kontinuierlichen Aktivität während mindestens drei Jahren erbringen, können neben Beiträgen für die einzelnen Produktionen auch einen Grundbeitrag erhalten. Dazu werden Leistungsvereinbarungen abgeschlossen.
