§ 40. Andmete säilitamine ja kandmine registri arhiivi
Andmete säilitamisel, arhiveerimisel ja hävitamisel lähtutakse arhiiviseadusest ning selle alusel kehtestatud õigusaktidest. Volitatud töötleja säilitab registrisse kantud andmeid alaliselt.
