(1)La présente loi s’applique aux professions de santé suivantes : 1° infirmier responsable de soins généraux ; 2°infirmier en anesthésie et réanimation ; 3°infirmier en pédiatrie ; 4°infirmier psychiatrique ; 5°infirmier gradué ; 6°sage-femme ; 7°aide-soignant ; 8°assistant technique médical ; 9°laborantin ; 10°assistant d’hygiène sociale ; 11°assistant social ; 12°pédagogue curatif ; 13°diététicien ; 14°ergothérapeute ; 15°rééducateur en psychomotricité ; 16°masseur ; 17°masseur-kinésithérapeute ; 18°ostéopathe ; 19°orthophoniste ; 20°orthoptiste ; 21°podologue ; 22° conseiller en génétique. (2)La présente loi ne s’applique qu’aux assistants d’hygiène sociale visés au paragraphe 1er, point 10°, qui ont été autorisés avant le 30 juin 2023 à exercer la profession d’assistant d’hygiène sociale au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg conformément à l’article 2.
