Art. 148
1 Verjährung und Erlöschen einer Forderung unterstehen dem auf die Forderung anwendbaren Recht. 2 Bei der Verrechnung untersteht das Erlöschen dem Recht der Forderung, deren Tilgung mit der Verrechnung bezweckt ist. 3 Die Neuerung, der Erlass- und der Verrechnungsvertrag richten sich nach den Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes über das auf Verträge anwendbare Recht (Art. 116 ff.).
