§ 5. Nõuded toetusõigusliku looma kohta
(1) Toetuse andmisel võetakse arvesse selline piimatõugu lehm, keda taotleja peab tegevuskohas ning kes on nõuetekohaselt identifitseeritud ja kelle andmed on kantud nõuetekohaselt põllumajandusloomade registrisse. (2) Piimatõuks loetakse eesti holstein (EHF), eesti punane (EPK), eesti maatõug (EK), šviitsi (AP), äärširi (FA) või džörsi (JER).
