§ 5.05 Freibord und Sicherheitsabstand
Bei einer Personenbarkasse ist für die Berechnung des Freibordes, für die Überprüfung des Sicherheitsabstandes und für die Festsetzung der Ebene der größten Einsenkung Artikel 19.04 ES-TRIN in Verbindung mit Anhang III § 1.02 Nummer 1 Buchstabe a, §§ 7.03 und 10.05 in Abhängigkeit von der zu befahrenden Wasserstraße sinngemäß anzuwenden.
