Privater Schutzraumbau 1 Für den Vollzug der den Gemeinden obliegenden baulichen Massnahmen im privaten Schutzraumbau ist das Bauinspektorat zuständig. Es hat dazu die Stellungnahme der Zivilschutzorganisation einzuholen. 2 Das Abnahmeprotokoll jedes Schutzraums ist der Zivilschutzorganisation für die Zuweisungsplanung zuzustellen. 3 Die Höhe der Ersatzabgaben bei einer Befreiung von der Schutzraumbaupflicht richtet sich nach den kantonalen Vorgaben und wird vom Bauinspektorat festgelegt. 4 Das Bauinspektorat unterstützt die Zivilschutzorganisation bei den periodischen Schutzraumkontrollen in fachlicher Hinsicht. 521.01 Zivilschutzverordnung
