Kohanemisprogrammi korraldamise andmeid töödeldakse välismaalaste seaduse alusel asutatud kohanemisprogrammi andmekogus. Kohanemisprogrammi suunamise ja selles osalemise andmeid töödeldakse rahvusvahelise kaitse andmise registris.
