1 Die Anmeldestelle kann eine Zulassung jederzeit überprüfen.
2 Sie nimmt eine Überprüfung vor, wenn:
a. ihr neue Informationen nach Artikel 21 vorliegen;
b. es Anzeichen dafür gibt, dass die Voraussetzungen für die Zulassung nach Artikel 11 oder 11b nicht mehr erfüllt sind.
