1 Wer ein Biozidprodukt erstmals in Verkehr bringt, muss der Anmeldestelle jährlich spätestens bis zum 31. Mai des Folgejahres die folgenden Daten mitteilen:
a. Name, Adresse, E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer;
b. Handelsname und Nummer der eidgenössischen Zulassung des Biozidprodukts;
c. Menge, die in Verkehr gebracht wurde;
d. die im Biozidprodukt enthaltenen Wirkstoffe und deren Konzentration;
e. die Produktart des Biozidprodukts nach Anhang 10.
2 Die Mitteilung muss in dem von der Anmeldestelle vorgegebenen elektronischen Format erfolgen
