Art. 31a Kennzeichnung
1 Wer für das Inverkehrbringen behandelter Waren verantwortlich ist, muss:
a. sie nach Artikel 58 Absätze 3, 4 und 6 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 528/2012 etikettieren; und
b. die massgebenden Angaben nach der ChemRRV in der Gebrauchsanweisung übernehmen.
2 Die Etikette muss in mindestens einer Amtssprache des Ortes, an dem die behandelte Ware in Verkehr gebracht wird, abgefasst sein.
