Art. 43 Abgabe
1 Für die Abgabe von Biozidprodukten gelten:
a. die Vorgaben der Verfügung nach Artikel 20;
b. die Artikel 58, 59 und 63–66 ChemV sinngemäss.
2 Für Biozidprodukte, die Kriterien nach Artikel 11d Buchstabe a erfüllen, gelten die Artikel 64 Absatz 1, 65 Absatz 1 und 66 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a ChemV sinngemäss.
