Art. 44 Rücknahme- und Rückgabepflicht
1 Wer Biozidprodukte in Verkehr bringt, muss die von ihm abgegebenen Biozidprodukte, die nicht mehr verwendet werden, von der Verbraucherin zurücknehmen und sachgemäss entsorgen; im Kleinverkauf abgegebene Biozidprodukte müssen unentgeltlich zurückgenommen werden.
2 Die Rückgabepflicht von Biozidprodukten richtet sich nach Anhang 2.4 Ziffer 5 ChemRRV.
