Art. 47 Verwendungsbeschränkungen
1 Für Biozidprodukte, die pathogene Mikroorganismen sind oder enthalten, gelten die Beschränkungen nach Artikel 13 FrSV.
2 Für Biozidprodukte der Produktarten 2, 6, 7, 8, 10, 14 und 21 gelten zusätzlich die Beschränkungen und Pflichten nach Anhang 2.4 ChemRRV.
