§ 3. Isikuplaadile kantavad andmed
1) Identifitseerimiskood ja lisamärked kantakse kahele omavahel murdmisega eraldatavale identsele metallist valmistatud plaadile (edaspidi isikuplaat) ülalt alla järgmises järjekorras: 1) isikukood; 2) riigi tunnusena tähis „EST”; 3) veregrupp ja reesusfaktor; 4) usund.
