Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026
Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

24 Restricted premises orders: interested persons
(1) An applicant for a restricted premises order must, after making reasonable enquiries, give notice of the application to anyone appearing to the applicant to be an interested person. (2) An interested person may make representations to the court as to why the order should not be made. (3) If a restricted premises order is made without an interested person having been given a notice under subsection (1), and without them having made representations to the court, the person may by complaint apply to the court for an order varying or discharging the restricted premises order. (4) On an application under subsection (3) the court may, after hearing the interested person and the applicant for the restricted premises order, make such order varying or discharging the restricted premises order as it considers appropriate. (5) In this section “interested person”, in relation to an application for a restricted premises order, means— (a) the occupier of the premises, and (b) any other person who has an interest in the premises.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".
Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.
A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.

Ask what your change would do, who would gain and who would bear a cost, and where something like it is already law. The assistant reads your draft as it stands, cites the law and the studies it finds, and takes no side. What you file stays yours.
