Art. 6 III Fondsbestand, Finanzierung
Minimal- und Maximalbestand 1 Um im Schadenfall die Wiederherstellung oder Kosten zur Schadenbehebung für nicht versicherbare oder nicht versicherte Risiken sicherstellen zu können, darf der Fonds einen Minimalbestand von 2 Mio. Franken nicht unterschreiten. 2 Bei Unterschreitung des Minimalbestandes hat eine Äufnung des Fonds zu erfolgen. Die Fondsverwaltung stellt dem Stadtrat einen entsprechenden Antrag. 3 Überschreitet der Fonds den Bestand von 7 Mio. Franken, gewährt die Fondsverwaltung den Dienstabteilungen/Aufgaben einen Rabatt auf die Prämienbelastung.
