Art. 4 Zustimmungsvorbehalt
1 Die formelle Aufnahme internationaler militärischer Kontakte bedarf der vorgängigen Zustimmung des Armeestabs. 2 Die entsprechenden Gesuche sind bei der für das Militärprotokoll zuständigen Stelle im Armeestab (Militärprotokoll) einzureichen. 3 In Fällen mit aussen- oder sicherheitspolitischer Tragweite konsultiert der Armeestab vor dem Entscheid das Staatssekretariat für Sicherheitspolitik (SEPOS) und gegebenenfalls das Eidgenössische Departement für auswärtige Angelegenheiten (EDA).
