Art. 18 Medizinische Dringlichkeit
1 Lebern sind in erster Priorität Patientinnen und Patienten zuzuteilen, deren Leben ohne Transplantation unmittelbar bedroht ist. 2 Ist die Spenderin oder der Spender weniger als 18 Jahre alt, so ist die Leber an erster Stelle Patientinnen und Patienten unter 18 Jahren zuzuteilen. 3 Das EDI regelt die Voraussetzungen für das Vorliegen einer medizinischen Dringlichkeit sowie deren Dauer.
