Art. 32 Zentrumsbedingte Gründe gegen eine Transplantation
1 Kann ein Transplantationszentrum die Transplantation nicht durchführen oder lehnt es diese ab, so klärt die Nationale Zuteilungsstelle unverzüglich ab, ob die Transplantation an einem anderen Transplantationszentrum vorgenommen werden kann. 2 Ist die Transplantation an einem anderen Zentrum nicht möglich, so teilt die Nationale Zuteilungsstelle das Organ der Patientin oder dem Patienten mit der nächsthöheren Priorität zu.
