Art. 33 Mitteilung und Dokumentation des Zuteilungsentscheids
1 Die Nationale Zuteilungsstelle teilt ihren Entscheid den konsultierten Transplantationszentren mit. 2 Sie führt über jeden Entscheid Akten. Diese müssen enthalten: a. eine transparente und nachvollziehbare Begründung für die Zuteilung des Organs an die ermittelte Person; b. allfällige Einwände der Transplantationszentren gegen den Entscheid.
