1 Organe dürfen nur Patientinnen und Patienten zugeteilt werden, bei denen Aussicht auf eine erfolgreiche Transplantation besteht. 2 Organe dürfen nur zugeteilt werden, wenn sie nach Anhang 5 Ziffer 6 der Transplantationsverordnung vom 16. März 2007 transplantiert werden dürfen. SR 810.211
