§ 8. Tunnistajakaitse kohaldamise ajaline kestus
(1) Tunnistajakaitset kohaldatakse: 1) kohtueelse menetluse ajal; 2) kohtumenetluse ajal; 3) pärast kohtumenetlust. (2) Tunnistajakaitse kohaldamise kestus sõltub: 1) kaitstava ohustatuse astmest; 2) kaitselepingu tingimustest ja nende järgimisest kaitstava poolt.
