Private Leitungen 1 Private Anschlussleitungen sind nach den Vorschriften der Stadt zu erteilen. Die Kosten für Erstellung, Unterhalt und Reinigung gehen zu Lasten der Eigentümer. 2 Die Eigentümer privater Anschlussleitungen sind verpflichtet, anderen Grundeigentümern gegen angemessene Entschädigung die Mitbenützung der Leitung zu gestatten. 3 Das Durchleitungsrecht für private Leitungen richtet sich nach Art. 691 ff. ZGB.
