Projektmanagement-Methode 1 Auf Antrag des ITA und nach Stellungnahme der DIS schlägt die Finanzdirektion dem Staatsrat eine Projektmanagement-Methode für die Umsetzung der Digitalisierung und die Informationssysteme des Staates vor. 2 Nach der Annahme dieser Methode durch den Staatsrat ist sie für den gesamten Staat obligatorisch. 3 Die Umsetzung dieser Methode basiert auf einer Richtlinie des ITA und der Organisation regelmässiger Schulungen durch das POA.
