Begriffsbestimmung 1 In dieser Verordnung werden folgende Begriffe verwendet: a) Leistungsempfänger/innen: jede Einheit, die Leistungen des ITA in Anspruch nimmt. b) Digitalisierung: Automatisierung von Prozessen mit Informatikmitteln und organisatorischen Massnahmen; c) Informationssystem: eine organisierte Gesamtheit von Ressourcen zur Erzeugung, Beschaffung, Gruppierung, Klassifizierung, Bearbeitung und Verbreitung von Informationen mithilfe von Informatikmitteln; d) Projekt: IT-Vorhaben, die aus einer Reihe von Werkzeugen, Methoden oder Leistungen mit der Zweckbestimmung Digitalisierung oder Informationssysteme bestehen; e) Informatikmittel: eine Gesamtheit von Hardware- und Software-Ressourcen, die aus Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien bestehen; f) Standardleistung: Leistungen im Bereich der Digitalisierung oder der Informationssysteme, die zentral vom ITA verwaltet und den Leistungsempfänger/innen auf einheitliche Weise erbracht werden. 2 Organisation und Zuständigkeiten
