Finanzdirektion 1 Die Finanzdirektion schliesst die Vereinbarungen zwischen dem ITA und den autonomen Einheiten oder Dritten ab. 2 Sie erlässt die vom ITA aufgestellten Richtlinien über die Digitalisierung und die Informationssysteme des Staates. Sie kann diese Richtlinien der DIS zur Genehmigung unterbreiten. Artikel 30 Abs. 3 dieser Verordnung bleibt vorbehalten.
