Art. 35 Accettazione o opposizione preventiva
1L’utente capace di discernimento può formalmente notificare al CPSC, preventivamente ad un suo eventuale collocamento futuro, la sua accettazione o la sua opposizione preventiva all’uso nei suoi confronti di determinate terapie; ciò vale anche per la ricerca scientifica. 2Contro il rifiuto del CPSC di accettare tale notifica è dato ricorso alla CG che può sentire il medico curante. 3In caso di inderogabili necessità terapeutiche, il responsabile dell’UTR può prescindere da tale opposizione, notificandone immediatamente i motivi al CPSC e alla CG.
