Art. 36 Consenso per utenti collocati coattivamente
1Se l’utente è coattivamente ricoverato e nega il consenso benché la terapia appaia indicata per la sua salute e meno lesiva della sua libertà personale di altre misure che si renderebbero necessarie, il CPSC, su istanza del responsabile dell’UTR, la può autorizzare. 2È riservato il diritto di ricorso alla competente autorità.
