Art. 47 c) Domanda di rilascio
1L’utente, o il suo rappresentante legale o la persona prossima, può in ogni tempo inoltrare all’Autorità prevista dall’art. 46 una domanda di rilascio. 2La decisione deve essere intimata entro 10 giorni. 3Contro il rigetto della domanda è dato ricorso alla CG entro 10 giorni dalla notificazione.
