1All’utente volontariamente o coattivamente ammesso in una UTR ed al suo rappresentante legale e eventualmente alla persona prossima, deve essere consegnato, unitamente alla decisione di accettazione o di collocamento, un esemplare della presente legge e del regolamento. 2L’utente deve essere informato sul diritto di ricorso.
