1L’Organizzazione sociopsichiatrica cantonale (OSC) comprende le UTR pubbliche e i servizi psichiatrici settoriali, intersettoriali e generali cantonali. Ha un Direttore ed un Consiglio di Direzione. 2Il Presidente del Consiglio psicosociale cantonale (art. 12 cpv. 2) assume la funzione di Responsabile medico dell’OSC. 3Le competenze sono determinate dal regolamento d’applicazione.
