§ 5. Teenuse eest tasutava summa laekumine ja tasumine
(1) Teenuse eest tasutav summa laekub riigieelarvesse ning tasutakse arvel näidatud Rahandusministeeriumi pangakontole. (2) Teenuse eest tasumise tähtaeg on viis kalendripäeva arve väljastamise päevast alates.
