Police cantonale 13 1 La police cantonale est compétente pour constater sur tout le territoire cantonal et dénoncer à l'autorité de répression prévue au chapitre suivant et à l'autorité administrative toutes les infractions aux dispositions de droit fédéral ou cantonal en matière de circulation routière. 2 La police cantonale est seule compétente pour constater et dénoncer les infractions commises sur les autoroutes et les semi-autoroutes.
