Meldepflicht bei Entlassung 1 Die für die Entlassung zuständige Einrichtung (Art. 428 Abs. 2 und Art. 429 Abs. 3 ZGB) hat die Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde und eine allfällige Beiständin oder einen allfälligen Beistand so rechtzeitig über die bevorstehende Entlassung zu orientieren, dass die Nachbetreuung sorgfältig organisiert werden kann. 213.316 12
