§ 2. Infosüsteemi vastutav ja volitatud töötleja
(1) Infosüsteemi vastutav töötleja on Sotsiaalkindlustusamet. (2) Infosüsteemi volitatud töötlejad on Tervise ja Heaolu Infosüsteemide Keskus ning Maksu- ja Tolliamet.
