Art. 23 Miete ziviler Schiffe durch die Armee
1 Die LBA mietet die zivilen Schiffe. 2 Die gemieteten zivilen Schiffe bleiben kantonal immatrikuliert und werden zusätzlich militärisch gekennzeichnet. 3 Bezüglich Haftung, Gebrauch und Entschädigung gelten die Bestimmungen des Mietvertrags.
