Art. 27 Privat- und Subsidiaranklageverfahren
Als Streitwert der Gebührenbemessung sind im Privat- und Subsidiaranklageverfahren folgende Beträge zugrunde zu legen: a) bei Übertretungen 1 000 Franken; b) bei Vergehen 5 000 Franken; c) bei Verbrechen 20 000 Franken.
