Anspruch auf den Bezug von Beiträgen an die Pflege von Angehörigen haben Pflegepersonen, - deren steuerbares Vermögen nicht höher ist als Fr. 100'000.00 bei Alleinstehenden bzw. Fr. 200'000.00 bei Ehepaaren und - deren steuerpflichtiges Einkommen Fr 60'000.00 bei Alleinstehenden bzw. Fr. 80'000.00 bei Ehepaaren nicht übersteigt.
