Art. 27 Auskunftspflichten
Die Inhaber einer Bewilligung nach diesem Gesetz beziehungsweise die Inhaber und das Personal der entsprechenden Unternehmen sind verpflichtet, den Kontrollorganen alle für eine sachgemässe Kontrolle erforderlichen Auskünfte zu erteilen und die erforderlichen Unterlagen vorzulegen.
