Nachzahlungspflicht 1 Erfährt eine Baute infolge baulicher Änderungen eine grössere Kubatur bzw. Wertvermehrung, so sind die der Vergrösserung bzw. dem Mehrwert entsprechenden Kanal- und Klärbeiträge nachzuzahlen. 2 Wird eine Baute durch einen Neubau ersetzt. so werden für die Berechnung der Kanal- und Klärbeiträge die bisher geleisteten Zahlungen angerechnet. 1 Fassung von Abs. 1 gemäss Beschluss der Regierung vom 15.
