Si plusieurs personnes assujetties à l'impôt direct dans le canton ont fait, grâce à une mise commune, un gain de loterie ayant subi la déduction de l'impôt anticipé, le remboursement doit être demandé par chacun des participants au prorata de sa part au gain conformément aux dispositions de l'article 60, alinéa 2, de l'ordonnance d'exécution de la loi fédérale sur l'impôt anticipé, du 19 décembre 1966.
